absolutley, the room was small, and the lack of towels was shocking for a place like this! i woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary drink or any sorta upgrade, but no, just the bare minimum. not worth the price, and i'm disappointed i almost considered a better review before noticing these obvious flaws.
